Dogfish Head: Fort

Today’s beer review comes out of Milton, De from the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, It’s their 15-18% abv fruit beer “Fort” from their occasional rarities series. Dogfish Head’s website http://www.dogfish.com states: An ale brewed with a ridiculous amount of pureed raspberries (over a ton of ‘em!). Fort has a Belgian-style base, then we follow a similar fermentation process to the one we use on our other super-high ABV beers, 120 Minute IPA and World Wide Stout. Fort is considered to be the worlds strongest fruit beer.
